Within the field of orthopaedics, Intercueros has been one of the leading leather suppliers for lining and upper leather for years. The production of safety shoe leather and military leather was also added.
In order to meet the enormously high requirements in terms of testing for harmful substances and production methods within the field of orthopaedics, Intercueros guarantees its customers that all deliveries of upper and lining leather meet the requirements of the SG-Proof criteria.
In order to meet the constantly growing demands of our customers, Intercueros continues to focus on implementing the Leather Standard by OEKO-TEX®, as well as confirming our leather products according to bio-compatibility in accordance with DIN EN 10993.
Even though Intercueros specialises in niches that are less dependent on fashion trends, the company still regularly participates in the Lineapelle fair in Milan. The export share is now over 40%.
OrthoSoft
OrthoSoft® is a full-grain, hard-wearing and through-dyed cowhide tanned in the EU from European raw materials. The leather is characterised by its full feel, wear-resistance, fine pores and silky sheen.
OrthoOrganic
OrthoOrganic® is a full-grain, chrome-free and heavy metal-free cowhide lining leather, which is tanned in Europe. It is characterised by very good moisture absorption and resistance to light.
OrthoNatural
OrthoNatural® are full-grain, drum-dyed and naturally tanned calf or cow lining leather products. The leather is characterised by very good moisture absorption, suppleness, tear resistance and particular skin friendliness. These varieties of leather are also available in embossed or perforated versions.
OrthoCalfForest
OrthoCalf® Forest is a dressed and hard-wearing calfskin. The leather is characterised by its optimum surface utilisation, colour fastness and wear resistance. These varieties of leather are also available in embossed or perforated versions.
OrthoCalfVital
OrthoCalf® Vital is a full-grain, dyed calfskin lining leather in which only top grades are used for tanning. It is characterised by its wear resistance, colour fastness and durability. These varieties of leather are also available in embossed or perforated versions.
